The staff were very supportive and interactive, and the manager interferes in all details and tries to seek good customer interaction. We forgot one bag at the hotel so they did the besy they can to send it to us before we reach our flight!!

Понравилось местоположение рядом с автобусом из аэропорта и пл. Таксим. Понравились- номер, завтраки, возможность пользоваться бассейном и сауной с хамамом. Перед отъездом нам принесли в номер комплимент- вкусное пирожное. Это очень приятно. Я рекомендую отель для приятного отдыха в Стамбуле!

The location is great, walking distance from Taksim street (2 mn) and from the metro station. And very important, 2 mn walk from the public buses to the Airports
9.0 Great Location & Amenities, but Room Comfort Could Be Improved
The hotel’s central location was a huge plus, making it easy to explore Istanbul. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of options. We also enjoyed the gym and spa, which were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.

Property is nice and value for money, staff could be more forthcoming in communication.. i stayed 5-6 nights on my recent trip, 2-3 days each time twice, First time around they gave me a small room which was listed as 25m sq here, but no way seemed like that size, next time around they gave me a proper room; Apart from his everything was great 👍

Mon séjour au Titanic City Taksim a été une très belle expérience. Le personnel était aux petits soins, toujours attentif et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. Les chambres étaient propres, bien équipées et très confortables. L’un des gros points forts de l’hôtel est l’accès gratuit à plusieurs installations bien-être : sauna, salle de sport, bain de vapeur, et même 10 minutes de hammam offertes. Un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de visites ! L’hôtel est aussi idéalement situé. Juste à côté, on trouve le métro, le tramway et le funiculaire, qui permettent d’explorer Istanbul facilement. En seulement 2 minutes de funiculaire, on arrive aux ferries, parfaits pour traverser le Bosphore à moindre coût et découvrir le côté asiatique, l’îles des Princes ou d’autres lieux magnifiques, que ce soit pour le shopping ou le tourisme. Dans la chambre, une bouteille d’eau, du Nescafé et du thé sont offerts. Le reste du minibar est payant, mais les prix sont clairement indiqués, ce qui évite toute ambiguïté.
