Sultan Tughra Hotel is situated in a restored mansion more than 129 years old, preserving its historical Ottoman architecture. 5.0 Not a four star hotel
Location was good. Quirky for those who like it.
Cons: This is not a four star hotel, something like 2,5 stars. Breakfast was as simple as it can be. No door (broken and not replaced) in the shower cabinet. Requested beforehand room with a proper window and gluten free bread at breakfast - granted, but in the end a room in the basement and no bread. Overall worn out and even dirty. Disappointed....

la posizione dell'hotel è buona, ma quando guardo l'hotel in generale, non posso dire cose buone sull'hotel, la costruzione accanto all'hotel è molto rumorosa, le camere dell'hotel sono molto piccole e cupe, sembra un hotel a 4 stelle, ma le strutture sono purtroppo male in base agli hotel a 4 stelle ho dato 10 punti perché il personale era molto buono e molto interessato a noi, e i punti influenzano i loro stipendi, volevo aiutarli.

3.0 Tenetevi alla larga da questa struttura fatiscente che non merita nemmeno le due stelle!
Non ho apprezzato nulla della struttura.
Cons: Giunto con mia moglie sul posto per un soggiorno di 4 notti attratto dalle recensioni "estremamente positive" sulla struttura ( alla luce dell'esperienza fatta molto sospette) scopro che la camera economy prenotata con largo anticipo è veramente angusta (circa 3 metri X 3 metri e bagnetto ridicolo), collocata nel seminterrato con due finestrelle a bocca di lupo, calda e buia. Ho dovuto versare un'addizionale del 25% in più di quanto già pagato per ottenere una stanza al primo piano con arredi comunque sempre fatiscenti (carta da parati strappata in più punti, mobili, tappeti e pavimento in legno logori, arredi bagno malmessi) con aria condizionata dalla griglia sporchissima e comunque non funzionante adeguatamente. Il livello di pulizia è comunque scarso. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola macchiate e asciugamani ormai anneriti dall'uso. Per non parlare della prima colazione che si è rivelata un vero pianto per varietà, quantità e qualità. Scordatevi di trovare uova fresche, croissant, fette biscottate, biscotti, dolci, frutta fresca o secca. Giusto un po' di pane a fette di pessima qualità con un tostapane sporco e decrepito, macchina self-service per cappuccino o caffe e qualche prodotto di formaggio, insalata e affettato locale di scarsa qualità. Il personale è gentile ma null'altro. Inoltre la struttura pur essendo vicina alla zona centrale di Sultanahmet, è collocata accanto a una linea ferroviaria sopraelevata e in una strada dall'ambiente molto degradato.
Le foto pubblicate sul sito sono ingannevoli e non capisco proprio come sia possibile per Booking consentire che sia classificato 4 stelle.
Merita al massimo un 2 stelle perché ha la toilette in camera.
E' da tantissimi anni che mi avvalgo di Booking.com per i miei soggiorni ma non mi ero mai imbattuto in qualcosa del genere. Una vera truffa!

3.0 bien situé, leur seul atout
bonne localisation, lit confortable
Cons: L'hôtel est bien situé, mais globalement décevant. Il est un peu vieillissant et manque de sérieux dans la gestion. À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée n'avait ni ouverture ni fenêtre, sentant le renfermé et l'humidité. Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, on nous a demandé un supplément pour avoir une chambre avec fenêtre, en nous disant que "Booking écrit n'importe quoi sur leur hôtel". Ce n’est qu’après avoir menacé d’annuler notre réservation et de changer d’établissement qu’on nous a finalement proposé une nouvelle chambre sans supplément.
La nouvelle chambre était petite, avec peu de rangements, notamment dans la salle de bain. Il manquait une étagère, la déco est abimé, cordelette arraché sur le mur aurait qui aurait pu être recoller, un point de colle afin de maintenir l'état de la chambre.
Le petit-déjeuner est très basique : pas de jus de fruit, pas de chocolat chaud (seulement de l'eau chaude), juste du thé ou du café, un peu de pain avec de la confiture, et une assiette composée de crudités, de fromage et d'œufs.
Nous avons également subi une coupure d’eau dans tout l’hôtel pendant près de 10 heures, rendant impossible l’utilisation des toilettes ou de la douche.
Enfin, le personnel n’est pas très professionnel. On nous a demandé à plusieurs reprises le code PIN de notre réservation Booking (trois fois). Ne le donnez surtout pas, car cela leur permettrait de publier un avis à votre place et d'avoir les commentaires élogieux qui nous ont poussé à reservé.
