The rooms are spacious, the staff is really friendly, room service works fine. They always bring water to the rooms, which is also really nice. Nice extra like slippers and extra kits.

Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal und Haustiere sind willkommen. Preis-/Leistung hat gestimmt. Kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping was good. Uguran was the only helpful staff member, who helped me a lot. He understood I didn’t speak the language so would make calls for me for which I am very grateful.
