The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the city’s main attractions while being in a quiet and clean area. The staff are polite and attentive, and the prices are reasonable.

Their very professional response…the hotel was overbooked and they immediately upgraded us to a 5* facility nearby i.e. the Barcelo Taksim.

The staff at the reception were quite friendly and eager to help us, facilities were good and clean.Breakfast was very good and many things to taste. The hotel is located very close to taksim square and from there you can the bus or the metro or just walk down the central road that will lead you to the Galata tower and you'll see many shops and places to eat.
