Personnel super aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner et copieux et respecte leurs coutumes, j’ai juste trouver ça un peu dommage qu’il n’y ai pas plus de viennoiseries que ça. Un service de navette est à notre disposition gratuitement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l’hôtel est bien entretenu. Cependant, j’ai trouvé ça dommage qu’on ne puisse pas manger dans notre chambre la nourriture de l’extérieur mais seulement de leur restaurant…

Прекрасный отель с внимательным персоналом и отличным сервисом! Мы останавливались в отеле Naz City Hotel Taksim в марте и остались очень довольны. Отель не только уютный и чистый, но и душевный! Особенно приятно было внимание персонала — в мой день рождения меня поздравили, что стало настоящим сюрпризом и подняло настроение. Понравилось, что в номере всегда была ежедневная уборка, чистота идеальная. Приятным бонусом оказался бесплатный трансфер до площади Таксим — воспользовались им, очень удобно. Отдельная благодарность администратору, который всегда был готов помочь — от вызова такси до рекомендаций по городу. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и уютная, а персонал делает всё, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Рекомендую отель всем, кто ценит качество, сервис и тёплое отношение. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!

The room was clean, the people very kind. It was a quiet hotel. After a busy day, we lazed at the pool. The spa is opened until 10:30 pm. The breakfast was ok, fresh bred, fresh omlett, and a lots of veggies.

Great staff and shuttle bus to take you to some sights. Amazing gym and swimming pool, so relaxing. Room was large and comfortable.

Small hotel with a few people, thats why you will not meet anyone at the lounge and bar will be aleays empty. Breakfast as well was a minimum (maybe its not worth at all doing a rich breakfast for only a few people), but in our stay we couldnt even get a pancakes for a kid. If you will decide to eat at their restaurant then you will pay 50-70eur a dish (something that is to expensive for an average restaurant), we asked for an extra bed for a child (what as an option in the booking) - got a coutch with a pillow. Staff was ok, location also ok (to have in mind with their free shuffle), rooms as well is ok, but far away from a 9.0 review.. We stayed there for only 2 nights and glad that we booked another hotel (close by) and in the nearly same price range we got a lot better quality on our stay. We dont usually complain, but this time we do felt a bit scammed with the review and a «5 star» hotel

Amazing Stay at Naz City Hotel Taksim – Special Category I had a fantastic experience at Naz City Hotel Taksim! They upgraded me to a suite, which was spacious and well-equipped with amazing facilities. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We took full advantage of the steam room, sauna, and Turkish bath—everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to Taksim, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Istanbul!
