Prvi dan nije bilo tople vode , drugi dan nije uopce bilo vode za tuširanje . Kad je voda došla bila je tako prljava kao da je Coca cola tekla . Nije bilo daljinskog za televizor . Fen za kosu je bio zastario i prljav ... povrh svih nedostataka usudili su se naplatiti mi dvije kave :)

W zasadzie to nic o tym hotelu powiedzieć nie mogę, bo po przyjeździe do hotelu oznajmiono nam, że jest on w remoncie, nie przyjmuje gości i zaproponowano nam inny hotel, położony ok. 200 m od Royal Hotel. Co miałem robić w takiej sytuacji - późny wieczór, wybrana opcja zakwaterowania odpadła, nie wiem, czy wynajmę coś innego - zgodziłem się. Dostaliśmy pokój z ekstra widokiem na szyb wentylacyjny - ściana w odległości 30 cm od okna. Hotel nie jest oferowany przez bookin.com. Booking pozwala na tego typu oszustwa, co uważam za katastrofalne dla opinii o tym portalu.

Ужасное отношение персонала! В комнатах нету элементарных домашних тапочек, воды 0,5 хотя бы! А на завтраке нечего есть!!! Не знаю до этого люди как писали что в этом отеле все великолепно! Люди пишите правду! Чтобы другие люди знали!
