Hotel moderno, comodo y con una relacion calidad precio excelente. Pero con algunas cosas a mejorar, las tapicerías estaban muy sucias, encontramos calcetines de otros huéspedes en la habitación, el baño no muy limpio, los botes de gel estaban vacíos, y algun detalle mas..

Everything was fine, just Window didn't open in our room. Breakfest is served on the top floor with a view.

Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer und guter Service. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und in einer guten Lage. Kann ich weiterempfehlen!

Есть спа, но нет Халатов. Номера маленькие, сделаны не качественно (очень шумная климатическая система и вытяжка в ванной комнате).

We decided in this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool and sauna facilities - first day we checked in, we got the information at reception that area is open from 2pm to 9pm. First day we went to dedicated floor at 7:30pm - it was closed. Next day same situation. No information was provided why it is closed and for how long... Additionally, our sink was blocked on our arrival.

Like: location, spacious room (family room), tea and water free, breakfast was okay. Dislike: Thermostat was not working, it was heating up in the room with no solution. Booking said TV was available but it was not. There is no ironing facilities in the hotel, you can only opt for paid laundry service. No waste bin and tissues in the room only as small bin in the washroom. Pool area had a smell, no lighting there, gave eerie vibes. Housekeeping it seems do not clean the tea-cups, tea/ coffee stains were not properly cleaned.
