الشقه واسعه جدا فيها ثلاث غرف ثنتين منها مكيفه وصاله مكيفه وسرير مزدوج واربعه مفرده وحمامين مع شطافات يوجد مصعد فيه بنت جزائريه تتكلم عربي والباقين خدومين جدا ومتعاونين ومنطقه امنه وحولها مطاعم وكافيهات ويقالات

Det positiva var egentligen bara läget.
Cons: Vi bodde nyligen på detta hotell i Istanbul och tyvärr motsvarade det inte våra förväntningar. Badrummet saknade krokar eller stänger för att hänga handdukar, och på en av toaletterna fanns det inget varmvatten. Städningen utfördes endast var tredje dag, och varje gång var vi tvungna att ringa och be om det.
I hotellobbyn satt ägaren nästan hela tiden och rökte, vilket gjorde att hela området luktade starkt av rök. Det fanns ett kök, men inga riktiga tillbehör för att laga mat – bara några bestick, tallrikar och två stora kastruller. Ljudisoleringen var dålig, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova ostört.
Personalen var överlag otrevlig, förutom två trevliga tjejer i receptionen. Sängarna var väldigt obekväma och ventilationen fungerade dåligt, vilket gjorde rummet instängt och kvavt.

Very well situated, the rooms were very nice and spacious, and the staff were all really friendly and happy to give great recommendations for the city.

فريق العمل يتميز باللطف والتعاون. مساحة الشقة واسعة
Cons: نظافة المكان بحاجة إلى تحسين كبير، ولكن عند طلب تغيير المفارش كان الفريق متعاونًا واستجاب بسرعة.
دورة المياه المتوفرة واحدة فقط.
يوجد تسريب مياه في رشاش الحمام.
المكيفات في الشقة لا تبرد بشكل كافٍ.
الإضاءة ضعيفة إلى حد ما.

3.0 - One of the worst accommodations I have ever had. - من اسوء تجارب السكن في حياتي
Location was good, 8 mins walking from Nisantasi. Beds were comfort. الموقع والاسرة كانت جيدة
Cons: There is no tissue in the two apartments ( 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms).
- One room of the 3 bedrooms apartment didn't have AC, with only one bathroom, which wasn't highlighted while booking.
- There is no hand soap in the bathrooms.
- Cleaning services was every 3 days for all the rooms!
- The toilet bidet in one of the rooms is broken. Unfortunately, didn't take a photo of it.
- Room isolation is terrible. You can hear some noise from other apartments.
- The apartment of 2 bedrooms was in the basement with no window, which wasn't highlighted again.
-Oddly, there are no mirrors in the two apartments, only in the bathrooms!
Finally, as a family, we had brutal treatment, some unpleasant reactions, and awkward actions from the staff.
Therefore, I don't recommend you to book this hotel.

- لا يوجد مناديل في الشقتين (3 غرف نوم، 2 غرفة نوم).
- غرفة من الشقة المكونة من 3 غرف نوم ما كان فيها مكيف، مع حمام واحد فقط، والي كان غير موضح أثناء الحجز.
- لا يوجد صابون لليدين في الحمامات.
- تنظيف الغرفة كان كل 3 أيام لجميع الغرف! مع ضرورة انك تطلبهم وتخبرهم!
- شطاف المرحاض في إحدى الغرف مكسور. لسوء الحظ، ما اخذت له صورة.
- عزل الغرف سيء. تسمع بعض الازعاج من الشقق الأخرى.
- كانت الشقة المكونة من غرفتي نوم في البيسمنت و بدون نافذة (كانك في سجن)، والي ما كان موضح اثناء الحجز كذلك.
- الغريب انه مافي مرايا بكل الشقتين، فقط في الحمامات!
أخيرًا، كعائلة، واجهنا معاملة سيئة وكلام غير مقبول من قبل الاستقبال ومن بعض العاملين بالفندق.
وتقييمات الناس وردود الادارة في جوجل ماب خير دليل على هذا.
