we had a wonderful stay. hotel is in the center of the city. the rooms are clean and hygienic. breakfast was delicious. beds are new and comfortable in our room. we were very lucky to be able to walk around the heart of the city.

Cartoon Hotel has a wonderful location for visit many touristic attractions easily and fast! Connects to public transport easily, walking distance to main square and street, right in the center and tasty decoration with smiling people around :)

Very central location with beautiful decoration inside! Staff is gentle and assisted us with all our questions. Always smiling and welcoming people around. Our room was very clean as well.

Останавливался на одну ночь. Мне все понравилось. Номера просторные и чистые. Да отель мультяшный и на первый взгляд кажется будет не то. Но стоит остановится, с завтраком поможет Измаиль) Есть лифт и не нужно тащить до отеля свой чемодан по лестнице, а там холмистый рельеф)

C'était une excellente expérience. Les lits et la chambre étaient très confortables. L'hôtel est propre et situé dans le centre-ville, à proximité de la place et des rues principales. Il est très facile de se déplacer et de visiter les sites touristiques grâce aux différents moyens de transport. Les employés sont souriants et sympathiques et ils n'hésitent pas à aider les gens.

The receptionist was very friendly, respectful and professional. I was given a bigger room for the same price and the view was beautiful. The place is clean and comfortable and the location is lively and excellent.
