Good hotel, reception guy was amazing attnding us, very comfortable rooms. They even have cinema room. We couldn't try the swimming pool.
Cons: Gym was a bit small, but good enough. However, it was a bit hard to find, as we had to go through the whole parking.

good location easy to find and public transport nearby. new building, not overcrowded, nice stuff
Cons: there isn’t breakfast and facilities like sauna and steam room weren’t working during 3 days of staying

The staff are very helpful! The room is just like how it looks in the picture, clean and spacious. It is also very quiet and dark, and I had good sleep there.

Appartamento bello e pulito, personale gentile. La zona è servita anche se distante dal centro. Per noi molto comodo perché avevo un evento vicino. Possibilità di prenotare il transfert per l'aeroporto

Cons: В хотела нямаше нито една вилица или лъжица, въпреки, че бяхме в апартамент и има кухня. Наложи се да ядем с ръце. В същия апартамент липсваше холна маса, която имаше на снимките. Помолих ги да поставят нещо в банята за принадлежностите ми, тъй като място да ги държа има само на Земята докато се къпя, а съм в 8мия месец и ми е трудно да се навеждам. Въобще не ги интересува, кой от какво има нужда. Бях принудена на сложа стол в банята докато се къпя, за да има къде да си сложа нещата. В спа центъра водата е ледена, невъзможна за къпане. Спа центъра е в съседна сграда до където в студ и дъжд е ужасно опасно от разболяване придвижването. В хотела няма от къде да се купи нито храна нито напитка.

7.0 Good start, but need improvements in cleaning service
This hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and shopping malls, making it comfortable for families.
Cons: We faced a few inconveniences during our stay. The room was cleaned properly only for the first two days, but not afterwards. They only changed the towels but didn’t clean the floor, which was inconvenient. We were also disappointed that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. Additionally, providing an adapter for charging phones would be helpful since adapter types differ from country to country.
I hope these issues can be addressed for a better guest experience.
